TGA Products Popular At Silverstone Mobility Roadshow 2016

TGA, the UK’s leading mobility scooter and wheelchair specialist, has experienced a rewarding 2016 Mobility Roadshow by showcasing popular new products, running a competition and welcoming Invictus Games Athlete Lamin Manneh on stand H2-54. (Silverstone Circuit, 26-28th May 2016).
With its engineering and motorsport heritage dating back over 30 years, TGA was delighted to showcase its complete scooter, wheelchair and wheelchair powerpack range at Silverstone. TGA debuted its latest folding Maximo mobility scooter, new StrongBack wheelchair, forthcoming re-styled Breeze S4 and unveiled a state-of-the-art powered ‘Whill’ wheelchair which maybe launched later in the year.  These innovations were complemented by the complete award-winning TGA product range, which attracted the attention of Roadshow’s VIP guest and event opener Lamin Manneh.
Lamin is a disabled war hero who was the star of the DIY-SOS ‘Homes for Veteran’s Special’ and has recently won two bronze medals at the Invictus Games in Orlando Florida. Linda with Osteoarthritis wins TGA Eclipse mobility scooter worth £1700

Linda Locke, 64 and retired carer from Leiston in Suffolk, has won a new  Eclipse ‘car boot’ mobility scooter  courtesy of  TGA Mobility  in Sudbury – giving her independence to bird-watch once more. For many years, Linda and her husband David have been regular visitors to the  RSPB  Minsmere nature reserve on the east coast of Suffolk. This  AONB  is home to a huge variety of wildlife including otters, adders, lizards and wetland-feeding birds such as Avocets. The Lockes are keen bird watchers however Linda lives with  Osteoarthritis  which means walking is becoming increasingly difficult and painful.
